What else do we offer through one international - Real Estate and Investment?

• Our translator will translate for the customer during the meeting with the seller(s) and Lawyer and will also translate the contract agreement into written English. Using a translator ensures peace of mind and a full understanding of the the legal process.
• A visit to the “Noter” the Notary is also required. This is where a paper is drawn up which gives the Lawyer power of attorney over the property. The Lawyer only has the authority to buy the property on behalf of the customer and his name will never appear on the title deeds. He will act in the customers interest to handle the legal paperwork and also collect the deeds for the customer.
• Once the title deeds arrive and the customer owns the property it is of freehold status.

Any contract will state the following details - in English:-

• The registered Land Number
• The price of the property with a breakdown of all payments made by the buyer(s) to the seller(s)
• The seller(s) will provide all documents,signatures to hand over the property to the buyer(s)
• The seller(s) will agree to pay half of the title deed tax
• Any misfortune of death of the buyer(s), the property will automatically go to the buyer(s) inheritor(s) and not back to the seller(s)
• Buyer(s) and seller(s) agree and sign the contract accordingly
• Plus any clauses that the buyer(s) or seller(s) may request.
