Buena Vista Holiday Village is designed in a ’C’- shape in order to enable all apartments to have a panoramic view to the sea and the outdoor swimming pool. The holiday village consists of 8 separated 4-story buildings, centered round a swimming pool and the bar area. The number of the apartments in the whole village is 95 with a living area between 45 and 130 sq. m. Each building will be equipped with a lift. There are air conditioners in each apartment. Emphasis is placed on durable and sustainable materials and high standards of construction.

The Holiday Village Buena Vista is located in the immediate proximity to the village of Sveti Vlas (500 m.) and is approx. 200 m. from the sea. In the vicinity of the Holiday Village Buena Vista are situated the posh Bulgarian resorts: Elenite, Sunny Beach and Nessebur. It is 7 km northeast of the well-known resort of Sunny Beach, 5 km east of the luxurious Holiday Village Elenite and 10 km north of the ancient town and resort Nessebur. To the south it faces a small picturesque bay in the center of which stretches the Sunny Beach resort.
The booming tourist industry has turned the village of St.Vlas into a very popular place among foreign property buyers. The climate and infrastructure makes it ideal for residential tourism and sound investment since the purchase of a new construction property in this area is very limited, as land available for development has greatly diminished.
